This position advances Nashville Superspeedway’s brand visibility, fan engagement, and ticket sales through the execution of data-informed marketing strategies across digital, traditional, and community channels.
This teammate leads the day-to-day execution of the Speedway Motorsports Marketing Playbooks, ensuring alignment, consistency, and innovation across all marketing operations at Nashville Superspeedway.
Key Responsibilities
This teammate is responsible for the following accountability areas. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Marketing Strategy, Promotions, and Paid Media
Execute integrated marketing campaigns combining paid, owned, and earned media with data-informed targeting and optimization.
Analyze campaign performance, fan behavior, and purchase patterns to inform ticket sales strategy.
Execute timing, creative approaches, and channel mix for campaigns aligned with enterprise and Nashville-specific insights.
Improve marketing ROI through efficient allocation of budget and resources.
Refine Marketing Playbooks by incorporating data-backed learnings and emerging best practices.
In this area, this position:
Decides Day-to-day campaign adjustments based on real-time performance data
Decides Creative and channel mix recommendations within approved budget
Recommends Budget allocation shifts and new campaign approaches to Director
Escalates Enterprise-level campaign changes or deviations from Playbook standards
2. Event Marketing Execution and Fan Experience
Plan and coordinate all event marketing touchpoints, fan activations, and race week experiences.
Apply Speedway Motorsports Playbooks to deliver consistent, high-quality on-site fan experiences.
Oversee event signage, hospitality integration, sponsor activation, and experiential marketing elements.
Conduct post-event debriefs to capture lessons learned and drive improvement.
In this area, this position:
Decides On-site marketing execution adjustments during event days
Decides Post-event debrief format and documentation
Escalates Sponsor integration issues or deviations from contractual commitments
3. Event Promotion and Campaign Optimization
Develop and execute ticket sales and promotional campaigns for major events, optimizing in real time.
Monitor metrics during event cycles, adjusting media spend, messaging, and tactics based on sales trends.
Test and optimize promotional offers, creative assets, and audience targeting to maximize conversion.
Execute post-event analysis to evaluate effectiveness, ROI, and opportunities for refinement.

Decides In-cycle promotional adjustments within approved parameters
Recommends New promotional offers or pricing approaches based on data
Escalates Pricing changes or promotional commitments outside standard guidelines
4. Community Engagement and Partnerships
Design and execute community engagement strategy in alignment with the Speedway Motorsports Community Impact Playbook.
Plan and implement outreach programs and charitable events, including Speedway Children’s Charities initiatives.
Serve as a visible ambassador at regional events, civic gatherings, and partner activations.
Produce digital and social content that amplifies community impact stories.

Decides Community event participation and local partnership outreach within guidelines
Recommends New community partnerships or charitable initiatives to Director
Escalates Financial commitments, sponsorship obligations, or brand-sensitive community issues
5. Digital Platforms, Social Media, and Conversion
Provide strategic direction for Nashville Superspeedway’s website, social media, email, and SMS channels using data-driven recommendations.
Optimize posting cadence, creative performance, audience segmentation, and call-to-action effectiveness.
Analyze performance data to adjust messaging and tactics supporting ticket sales goals.
Test, learn, and scale high-performing content and campaigns across platforms.
In this area, this position:
Decides Content scheduling, platform-specific creative adjustments, and A/B testing
Decides Audience segmentation and targeting refinements
Escalates Brand messaging changes or platform strategy shifts to Director

Requirements
| Experience (Required) | Experience in marketing, communications, event promotion, or related fields. Demonstrated success developing and executing marketing strategies with measurable results. Strong communication skills with ability to translate data into strategy. Proficiency in content creation tools, marketing platforms, and analytics software. |
| Experience (Preferred) | Background in motorsports, live entertainment, or sports marketing. Experience with cross-functional collaboration in a multi-site organization. Familiarity with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and community engagement initiatives. |
| Certifications / Licenses | Valid driver’s license. |
| Tools / Systems | Marketing platforms, analytics software, CRM systems, email and SMS marketing tools, content creation tools, Microsoft Office. |
| Physical Requirements | Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions during events. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during event days. Ability to lift or move up to 25 lbs (signage, marketing materials). Reasonable accommodations may be made for qualified individuals with disabilities. |
| Travel | Minimal. Occasional travel to other Speedway Motorsports properties or industry events. |
| Work Schedule | Standard business hours. Evenings, weekends, and event days required during race weeks and peak event periods. |
